ORB Dashboard provides end-of-day market scanning, options flow analysis, and trading level generation for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
ALL content on ORB Dashboard is for informational purposes ONLY. Past scan results do not guarantee future performance. Trading involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is provided for new subscribers — no charge until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
You agree not to: (a) redistribute or resell scan data; (b) reverse-engineer the platform; (c) use automated means to scrape data; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. Violations result in immediate account termination.
We collect only the data necessary to operate the service (email, billing info). We do not sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCAN RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORB DASHBOARD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ORB DASHBOARD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
